How the 30-clip limit works

Free gives you access to the newest 30 clips. Older clips remain encrypted in Locked History and can still be exported. Settings › Stowpad Pro shows how many are stored and lets you delete them permanently. If you subscribe later, those clips return to your history.

How Stowpad is funded

Pro subscriptions pay for Stowpad. The app contains no advertising or analytics, and clipboard content stays on your Mac. You can read the full commitments in the privacy policy.

Billing

Sold only through the App Store as auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple handles the transaction, so Stowpad never sees, receives or stores your payment details, your Apple Account or your billing address. Whether you have Pro is answered by Apple's signed subscription status, checked each time Stowpad launches.

Pricing questions

Is Stowpad free?

+

Yes, with a limit. The free tier keeps the newest 30 clips usable and includes keyword and structured search, rich previews for every clip type, three pins, screen text capture and the colour picker. It does not expire and does not require an account.

How much does Stowpad Pro cost?

+

A$29.99 per year, or A$3.99 per month. Both plans include exactly the same features. Prices are in Australian dollars; the App Store shows the equivalent in your own currency.

Is there a free trial?

+

Yes. The trial lasts 14 days. Apple applies introductory-offer eligibility to the subscription group, so you can use the trial once on the first plan you choose.

Do I need an account to use Stowpad?

+

No. There is no sign-up, no sign-in and no Stowpad account of any kind. Pro is verified through Apple's signed subscription status, checked when the app launches.

What happens to my clips if I stop paying for Pro?

+

Nothing is deleted. The newest 30 clips stay usable as on the free tier, and everything older stays encrypted in Locked History where it remains exportable. Resubscribing brings the full history back.

Is there a one-off purchase instead of a subscription?

+

Not currently. Pro is sold as monthly and yearly auto-renewable App Store subscriptions.

How do I cancel?

+

Through the App Store, like any other subscription: System Settings › your name › Media & Purchases › Subscriptions on a Mac, or Settings › your name › Subscriptions on an iPhone or iPad. Apple handles billing throughout; Stowpad never sees your payment details.

Try Stowpad free

Use the free plan for as long as you like. If you need a larger history or the Pro tools, you can start the 14-day trial from the app.
